Our People

  • Gordon Grover (Director - Projects & Developments)

Gordon is our Director of Projects & Developments.

With experience ranging all sectors, project types and sizes Gordon is able to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise into any type of project.

He has delivered some of the largest, complex and high profile projects across Queensland and New South Wales in his 15 year in the industry.

Projects including:

  • the $110M ALDI Brendale Distribution Centre,
  • the CP3 and CDOP4 Office Towers,
  • the $60M Armidale Hospital Redevelopment,
  • the InterLinkSQ Rail Freight Terminal & Industrial Park; and
  • a 300+ Lot Residential Subdivision in Toowoomba.

Gordon has a very detailed and proactive approach to project management and places a high importance on managing risks and programme to achieve the project outcomes and has directly influenced and delivered some significant cost and time savings to his clients.

Gordon's experience allows him to identify what the project risks are and tailor the appropriate design, delivery and contract methodology to suit, ask the right questions, ensure the design and construction teams are efficient and delivering the best outcomes and ultimately ensure the project reaches successful completion.
